Delivery Areas

• To guarantee same day delivery, our online orders close at 12pm AEST.
• If you have missed cutoff – give us a call at the shop and we will do our best to fit you in
• Delivery fees are determined by suburb and are added to your order total at checkout.
• Due to the number of deliveries we are sending out daily, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. We can usually meet a deadline where requested so please always let us know and we will do our best!
• Same day delivery will be completed by 5pm
• Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide confirmation of delivery – please trust that we always deliver with the utmost care with every order!

The more information you can give us for the delivery, the better! In the notes section at checkout, please includes a contact number for the recipient and any other info we might need to ensure a smooth delivery.

What happens if there is no one home at the time of delivery?

• If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your order, our driver will leave it in a safe, weather protected spot at the address specified as we see appropriate.

What happens if the address is incorrect or we can’t access the property?

• We ask you to include a contact number for the recipient in the checkout notes, so that we can contact them directly if there is any issue with delivery.
• We will also attempt to contact you, the sender.
• If the delivery information you have provided is incorrect, or we are unable to gain access to the property (e.g locked gates, or barking dogs) we may return your order to our store. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery which will incur a re-delivery fee!
• If you choose not to pay an additional delivery fee and would prefer a refund, we will provide you with a 75% refund for the cost of any flowers arrangements and a full refund for giftware. Delivery fee will not be refunded

We can provide same day flower and gift delivery for orders received before 12pm, to addresses in our local areas listed below. For outer suburbs (please see list below) we deliver on particular days and need you to give us a call or send us an email to organise your order. We can also deliver to other areas around Hobart and Tasmania not included below, we just need you to give us a call so we can organise for you!=
