Small Island Tasmanian Sparkling

Add a bottle of sparkling to your flowers for the ultimate celebration. Produced in extremely limited quantities this Pinot dominant and Chardonnay blend stayed on lees for 3 years. Disgorged using vintage 2020 Saltwater Chardonnay, Cognac and a dash of sherry we were able to express stunning secondary character with freshness to lift it all together.

**Please note our bottles of sparkling must be ordered as an add on treat for a flower arrangement or gift hamper and cannot be ordered by or delivered to anyone under 18 years of age.

We deliver all over Hobart, Monday to Saturday.
All orders before 12pm can have same day delivery (excludes Saturdays).
No deliveries Sunday
